Since 2018 I have been a professor for Cloud Security and Applied Risk Management at the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria (FH OÖ), Campus Hagenberg, focusing on Secure Information Systems. Currently I am involved in software education and in courses on artificial intelligence (AI).
My topics and interests cover the integration of AI for solving security challenges – currently primarily around large language models, but also computer vision, geographic risk and analysis of historical cryptography.
